Owners Engineer
An Owner’s Engineer (sometimes referred to as a Lender’s Engineer) is an independent representative advocating on behalf of the project owner. This essential role ensures robust project management and quality assurance throughout all stages of the asset lifecycle.
High-quality planning and construction are critical to a plant’s safety and long-term reliability. Engaging an independent Owner’s Engineer guarantees compliance with international standards, reducing liability risks and addressing potential quality issues. Additionally, it can optimize project costs by enhancing control over scope, schedule, orders, and other critical factors.
